so, i was just feeling funny in my stomach, so i thought i would have a snack because maybe i was hungry. i thought maybe that i needed energy so i had one Melba toast with 1/8th tsp of flora lighter than light, and i was going to have 1/2 tsp of peanut butter on the other.
but i decided to have nutella. i didn't like it, but the thing was, i decided to have some more to see if i still didn't like it (it didn't make sense because i used to eat it by the bucket load) so it appears that after a month or so of giving up chocolate (for "lent") I'm not such a fan as i used to be.
this sounds like it should be great news for my waist line, but i went overboard :( i had about 4 tsp of nutella, and now i feel even more sick than i did before hand, its so bad for you and i don't even like it that much anymore, so why the hell did i eat so much?
i even had a pringle afterwards to see if it was because i just ate too much sweet and needed salt to balance it out, but i regret that too, i can feel the fat sitting on my tongue and sliding down my throat, uuurgh.
AND i had breakfast. so definitely not having that banana i was planning on having later, will probably leave some of my dinner, and i hope to god i can have time for a run later.
i feel disgusting.
